Youth Multi-Sport Program

Our multi-sport program will provide boys and girls 3rd-6th grade the opportunity to play, practice and explore three separate sports twice a week for 4 weeks. Participants will have the opportunity to learn basic skills and fundamentals of football, volleyball, and soccer through varying drills and activities led by passionate instructors all while taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of all participants.

Rules and Guidelines

In effort to keep safety as our main priority, we ask that all participants help do their part by adhering to the following requirements: 

  • Drop off Participants at the North West door 5 minutes prior to start time to complete a required COVID-19 checklist with one of our staff who will be stationed out front   
  • Wear a mask prior to entry and on exit.  Participants will be allowed to remove their mask during activities if they feel comfortable doing so. 
  • Wear appropriate athletic attire such as shorts/leggings, t-shirt, and gym shoes 
  • Bring your own water bottle and towel 
  • Sanitize hands before class begins 
  • Exit fitness area immediately with staff escort following each session to the North West door for parent pick up. 

As a reminder, this is a parent drop-off and pick-up program only and we are not allowing viewership at this time due to Covid capacity restrictions.

Option 1 | M & W | 6:30 – 7:30pm
Option 2 | T & Th | 6:30 – 7:30pm
