INTRO TO WEIGHT LIFTING

Session August 8 – 31

Ages 12 – 18 years

Designed to teach our youth the basics of weight lifting and exercise. This class will help build a base knowledge so they are confident and successful when training on their own. Whether its for sports or just to be healthy this class will improve and reinforce the mechanics needed to properly lift. Lessons will include strength training fundamentals, proper warm-up and cooldown, correct form and technique, and so much more!

KIDS YOGA

Session August 2 – 23

Ages 5 – 14 years

Learn about the practice of Yoga in a fun environment centered around games and learning the basics. This will be an interactive Yoga class in which kids can explore movement and learn a new skill!

KIDS ZUMBA

Session August 11 – September 1

Ages 5 – 14 years

Kids Zumba program is the ultimate dance-fitness party for kids who love to dance, play loud music, and break a sweat. This 4 week program will be taught by certified instructors who will teach your child different styles of dance. It’s all about feeling fearless on the dance floor, reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to just be yourself, and dance like no one’s watching!
