YOGA WALL 1: BUDDIES
Bring a friend or 2 or connect with new friends as we learn the yoga wall foundations in this semi-private workshop designed for 2-3 participants.
The Yoga wall is a fun & empowering way to practice yoga while:
- reducing muscular effort
- releasing stiffness &
- creating more freedom in the joints
This beginner’s workshop is designed for all bodies and abilities.
Yoga wall is a prerequisite for progressing at the wall.
This is a 1 session, 2-hour workshop. You may sign up for more than one session, each session is as follows:
