American Red Cross CPR/First-Aid/AED Training

Due to the generous support of the Hormel Foundation, the YMCA at ACRC is offering scholarships to those who qualify. These grant-funded scholarships are available to cover a certain percentage of the program applied for, provided funds are still available. Apply here.


This training provides basic life-saving training, including CPR, the use of an AED and the relief of choking for an adult, child and infant victims. The goal of this skills-based training is to help students develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond in a medical emergency.

To achieve certification, participants MUST be 14 years or older, attend BOTH classes in a session, score 80% or better on the written exam, and demonstrate all knowledge and skill objectives. Certification is valid for two years.

Cost $75/participant, all class time is 5:30pm – 8:30pm unless otherwise noted below. Must attend both nights for certification.
