Strength & Agility

Welcome to the 7th / 8th grade Strength and Agility program. This will be a fun 4-week program that will be designed to increase your overall strength and agility to help further your athleticism. We will focus on exercises that relate to explosive movements/power, speed, footwork, etc.

Session Dates: July 6 – 29, 2021 / Open for boys and girls in 7th & 8th Grade / Takes place in the Upper Gym
