Summer Swim League

Coach: Jayne
Session: June 8 – July 29
Age: 5-18
Prerequisite: Must be able to swim 25-yards on their front & back

Our Summer Swim League is a great way for young swimmers to stay active, build confidence, and improve their skills in the water throughout the summer. This practice‑only program focuses on stroke development, endurance, and having fun as part of a team.

Swimmers will work with our experienced coaches to strengthen technique in all four competitive strokes, learn proper starts and turns, and develop positive training habits in a supportive environment.

Please note: This program does not include a swim meet or competitive events. It is designed purely for skill‑building, conditioning, and enjoying time in the pool.

A perfect fit for swimmers who want structured practice, love being in the water, and enjoy the team atmosphere without the pressure of competition.
