Swim Lessons

Classes focus on building confidence, improving strokes, and fostering a lifelong love of swimming in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether you’re introducing your child to the water, helping a swimmer build confidence, or learning to swim yourself, the Y has a program for every age and skill level. Our certified instructors focus on water safety, skill development, and building confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

We offer:

  • Parent/Child Lessons for infants and toddlers to explore the water alongside a parent or caregiver.
  • Pre-K Lessons designed to help young children become comfortable in the water while learning basic swimming skills.
  • School-Age Lessons that build stroke development, endurance, water safety, and confidence.
  • Adult Lessons for beginners and experienced swimmers looking to improve their skills.

In addition to group lessons, we also offer Private, Semi-Private, and Adaptive Swim Lessons to meet individual goals and learning needs.
