Registration for 2022 – 2023 Season is currently closed!

In the beginning of the month, the YMCA Aqua Pack swim team wrapped up the 2022-2023 season with the Midwest Regional Swim Meet at the University of Minnesota.  In total the team had 6 swimmers participate in the meet. Emerson Garbisch (7), Tailynn Krueger (11), Harper Wadding (11), Serenity Flowers (12), Gracie Greenman (13), and Alayna Jovaag (17). Everyone did a great job and Gracie even placed 2nd in the girls 13–14-year-old 100 Yard Backstroke event! From the coaches and the aquatics director here at the YMCA at ACRC we are very proud of what our team has accomplished this year and look forward to watching you grow!

If you know of any children from the ages of 7-16 who may be interested in learning about the swim team or even looking to better their swimming skills over the summer, please see our website for summer camp opportunities!

What is Aqua Pack Swim Team?

Becoming a member of the YMCA Aqua Pack Swim Team means fun, fitness and teamwork. The swim team is a developmental swim program run by trained coaches to improve swimmers’ competitive skills and endurance through progression rather than intense competition. The YMCA swim team promotes healthy lifestyles while embracing the five core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and equity.

Our trained coaches work to improve swimmers’ skill level, endurance and to promote a healthy lifestyle. Our program embraces the YMCA core values and promotes progression at an individual level.
