Adult Fitness


High energy class which incorporates periods of cycling mixed with a balance of yoga and pilates. This 45 minute workout will increase flexibility, balance and core strength and endurance. The use of large/small stability balls, balance trainer, dumbbells, mini bar and resistance bands.
