Personal Training & Nutrition Packages

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or recover from an injury, our personal trainers will work with you to help you reach your fitness goals. 

Your personal training journey will begin with an assessment of your current level of fitness as well as an in-depth conversation of your lifestyle, exercise history, and what you’re hoping to accomplish with your health and fitness.  You will then be matched with one of our trainers who will work with you to design a customized fitness plan which will involve instruction, encouragement, accountability, and the motivation necessary to keep you progressing every step of the way.

The YMCA at ACRC offers Personal Training packages to Community Members. Please see below for packages and pricing. Each session is 60-minutes and must be used within the month of purchase or the remaining sessions will be forfeited.
