Personal Training & Nutrition Packages

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or recover from an injury, our personal trainers will work with you to help you reach your fitness goals. 

Your personal training journey will begin with an assessment of your current level of fitness as well as an in-depth conversation of your lifestyle, exercise history, and what you’re hoping to accomplish with your health and fitness.  You will then be matched with one of our trainers who will work with you to design a customized fitness plan which will involve instruction, encouragement, accountability, and the motivation necessary to keep you progressing every step of the way.

BASIC PERSONAL TRAINING

  • 2-body composition analysis (beginning and end)

BASIC NUTRITION TRAINING

  • Initial personalized nutrition consultation with a Registered Dietitian
  • Weekly weigh-ins, food diary checks and recipes with a Registered Dietitian
  • Body composition analysis (beginning & end)
