Personal Bio: I was a three-sport athlete throughout high school. Then I went on to be a collegiate athlete. During my time at college, I was also a student athletic trainer; this helped me gain a better understanding of injury prevention and recovery. Weightlifting and cardio have been a big part of my life since I was young. I have a passion for helping others gain knowledge in ways to exercise properly; to help prevent injury and have confidence in their ability to continue their fitness journey.
