Personal Bio: Being the youngest of three daughters, I have watched my two sisters play both volleyball and basketball for as long as I can remember. From there, I followed in their footsteps and played both sports throughout my middle and high school years. This experience really showed me how much sports mean to me, while they also created life long friendships and a lot of fun memories. Along with sports, I also enjoy boating, fishing, hiking… basically any type of activity in the nice, summer weather! I have also recently gained a new found love of coaching 8th grade volleyball for my hometown school, Southland. Ever since my sophomore year at Southland, I have had a passion for weight lifting and staying fit. After I graduated high school in 2017, I continued this passion of weight lifting as I attended Western Technical college, where I am on the waitlist for the physical therapist assistant program. I have some incredible influences in my life that have continued to push me to accomplish goals. As a personal trainer, I hope that I motivate other the way I personally have been motivated and pushed to my fullest potential. I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know everybody at the YMCA and helping them achieve their personal goals.
