Personal Bio: I grew up in Osage, Iowa and played football through middle school and in High school I was a four year varsity wrestler. During the winter I am a volunteer wrestling coach for Austin High school. I am also involved in student ministry on Wednesday nights at Faith Evangelical Free Church during the school year. I first started lifting weights at the age of 11. It has always been a big part of my life. I have been a personal trainer for over a year now and have worked with clients from many age ranges from a 20 year old client wanting to put on muscle to 60 year olds wanting to lose some extra pounds. I have a servant heart for others and I believe it is my duty to use the gifts God has given me to help people of all ages reach their fitness goals.
Other Passions / Interests: Going to church, Bible studies with the young adult ministry, reading, drawing, playing disc golf, traveling, swimming, jet skiing, being out in nature. I am also a huge Star Wars and Marvel fan!

Personal Bio: I was a three-sport athlete throughout high school. Then I went on to be a collegiate athlete. During my time at college, I was also a student athletic trainer; this helped me gain a better understanding of injury prevention and recovery. Weightlifting and cardio have been a big part of my life since I was young. I have a passion for helping others gain knowledge in ways to exercise properly; to help prevent injury and have confidence in their ability to continue their fitness journey.

Health and fitness has always been a passion for me as he was a five sport athlete in high school. The idea of sports lead me to pursue a career revolved around it. I studied Exercise Science Human Performance at Buena Vista University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013. I also competed in track and cross country where I was a 10 time Academic All-Conference athlete. For the last nine years I have been a personal trainer at various gyms amassing all sorts of clientele. I have trained clients as old as 85 years to record breaking powerlifters, and even helped train a couple of NFL and division one athletes. The wide variety of clientele has kept my passion for fitness and performance at an all time high.
