Personal Bio: Fitness has always been a major aspect of my daily life. As a multi-sport athlete in high school, I always loved how I could test and push my body to its limits physically and mentally. I continued my athletic career swimming at Luther College (Go Norse!) and I still love to get a good pool workout in… just don’t ask me to swim more than 3,000 yds in one session! I started incorporating Pilates into my strengthening routine when I was swimming. It taught me body awareness, postural positioning, core stability, and proper breathing. I love how tuning in to and strengthening your postural muscle groups has such a significant impact on your overall mobility. I continue to use Pilates in my personal fitness routine and in clinical practice as a Physical Therapist and love bringing more challenging routines to all of you! Can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

I first started lifting weights at the age of 11. It has always been a big part of my life. I have been a personal trainer for over a year now and have worked with clients from many age ranges from a 20 year old client wanting to put on muscle to 60 year olds wanting to lose some extra pounds. I have a servant heart for others and I believe it is my duty to use the gifts God has given me to help people of all ages reach their fitness goals.

Personal Bio: I was a three-sport athlete throughout high school. Then I went on to be a collegiate athlete. During my time at college, I was also a student athletic trainer; this helped me gain a better understanding of injury prevention and recovery. Weightlifting and cardio have been a big part of my life since I was young. I have a passion for helping others gain knowledge in ways to exercise properly; to help prevent injury and have confidence in their ability to continue their fitness journey.

Born and raised an Austinite. However, I moved away as a teen. I recently moved back to Austin to be close to family. My passion is resistance training. For hobbies, I like to do just about anything outdoors that gets your body moving. I grew up playing football, basketball, and ran track. I have also previously dedicated myself to long distance running but found my love for resistance training outweighs any other form of exercise. Whether it’s your first time in the gym or you’re an advanced lifter looking to break a plateau, I’d love to help! I believe in simplifying the ever confusing enigma that is the gym to help my clients achieve a fundamental understanding of why and what they’re doing. I take on an evidence based approach to programming to ensure results. I find fulfillment in helping others grow and achieve their goals. I look forward to working with you!
