Gymnastics Director – Full Time Position
The Gymnastics Director has full ownership and accountability for all aspects of the gymnastics program, including coaching & spotting, staffing, operations, administration, competitive team success and athlete development. This individual serves as the head coach of the competitive team, ensuring high-quality instruction and spotting, skill progression, and athlete retention, while also managing staff, operations, and parent communication. The Director is directly responsible for the success, growth, and overall management of the gymnastics program.

Lifeguard 15+
The lifeguard will supervise the aquatic area to prevent accidents, assist swimmers, and keep the area and facilities clean. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. All positions open, applicants MUST be able to work a minimum of 10 hours/week. MUST be Lifeguard Certified if applying.
